Help transform the Forum into the chic city streets of Paris by creating a pot et fleur hanging basket of rooted plants and fresh plant materials. Fresh material needing water may be inserted in floral tubes, bottles or floral foam, which must be hidden from view. Live, rooted plant materials must dominate the design. Embellishment and accessories are not permitted. Exhibitor may work with a partner. Key Card is required.
